my ID was locked they have sent the cord to my E-mail but i for got my Email password but now i can remember my ID password how can i do?

Can you not get the email account's password reset ? If not, and if you can't reset your iTunes account by answering the account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com, try contacting Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can/will unlock your iTunes account : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
